Qaimaq

Qaimaq is a modern national cuisine restaurant near the Central Stadium in Almaty. The menu combines Kazakh, Uyghur, and Uzbek dishes: beshbarmak, syrne, kuyrdak, manti, lagman, pilaf, samsa, and tandoor dishes. The interior features national ornaments and details such as a shanyrak; in summer, guests choose the large terrace and garden with gazebos, irrigation channels, and fountains. It is a good place to discover Central Asian cuisine in an urban format.
