Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood

Al Fahidi is a restored historic neighbourhood in the old part of Dubai by Dubai Creek, also known as Al Bastakiya. Its narrow lanes, courtyards, and houses with wind towers show Dubai’s urban environment before the oil boom. The neighbourhood has small museums, galleries, cultural centres, and cafés; it is a convenient place to start a walk through old Dubai and the souk district.
