Imantau-Shalkar Resort Area

The Imantau-Shalkar Resort Area is a natural area in Aiyrtau District of North Kazakhstan Region, associated with Lakes Imantau and Shalkar. Imantau is a freshwater lake among pine forests and hills, with beach and hiking routes nearby. Shalkar is known for its brackish water and therapeutic mud. Seasonal recreation centers, campsites, and routes of Kokshetau National Park operate in the surrounding area.
