Qazaq Gourmet

Qazaq Gourmet is a fine Kazakh cuisine restaurant on the left bank of Astana. Brand chef Artyom Kantsev builds the menu around research into regional products and traditions: it serves signature versions of beshbarmak, kazy, horsemeat, lamb and camel meat dishes, as well as the “Ömir” tasting set. The interior uses ornaments and motifs of nomadic culture; the restaurant is featured in 50 Best Discovery and La Liste.
