Limited Liability Partnership “Media Mind”, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal data they provide. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data of individuals (hereinafter – the “User”).

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Company’s website, the User confirms their consent to the terms of this Policy.
1.2. The Company processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection.
1.3. This Policy applies to all data the Company receives from the User when booking or purchasing a tourist product (tour, voucher, or package of services).

2. Collection and Use of Data

2.1. The Company may collect the following categories of data:
• surname, first name, patronymic;
• contact phone number, email address;
• passport details, if required for transfer to tour operators and other providers of tourist services (hereinafter – the “Tourist Organisations”);
• information about bookings and preferences.

2.2. The data are collected solely for the following purposes:
• transfer to Tourist Organisations for tour arrangements;
• communication with the User;
• fulfilment of the Company’s obligations as an intermediary.

2.3. The Company does not use the collected data for third-party commercial purposes.

3. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

3.1. The User’s personal data may be transferred only to Tourist Organisations and hotel partners involved in the provision of services.
3.2. The transfer of data is carried out solely to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the agreement.
3.3. The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties without the User’s consent, except in cases provided for by law.

4. Security and Storage

4.1. The Company takes all reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4.2. The data storage period shall not exceed the time necessary to fulfil the Company’s obligations to the User and the Tourist Organisations.

5. Payments

5.1. Payment for the tour may be made in cash to an authorised employee of the Company or by non-cash transfer.

6. User Rights

6.1. The User has the right to:
• request information about their personal data;
• request correction or deletion of such data;
• withdraw their consent to data processing.

7. Amendments to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available on the Company’s website.
