Limited Liability Partnership “Media Mind” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby publishes this Public Offer (hereinafter – the “Offer”), addressed to any legally capable individual (hereinafter – the “User”) wishing to purchase a tourist product (tour, voucher, package of services) offered by tour operators and other providers of tourist services (hereinafter – the “Tourist Organisations”) through the Company’s information website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer defines the terms of interaction between the Company, the User, and the Tourist Organisations.
1.2. The Company acts solely as an intermediary between the User and the Tourist Organisations. The Company is not a Tourist Organisation, insurer, or carrier.

2. Payment Procedure

2.1. Payment for the tour may be made in cash to an authorised employee of the Company or by non-cash transfer.
2.2. The fact of transferring cash to an authorised representative of the Company constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
2.3. Upon receiving the payment, the Company transfers the funds in full to the Tourist Organisation, ensuring their intended use.
2.4. The User receives documentary confirmation of payment from the Company.
2.5. Paid amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances, including trip cancellation or change of plans.

3. Liability of the Parties

3.1. The Company shall not be liable for:
• the quality of tourist services provided by Tourist Organisations or third parties;
• any incidents, injuries, losses, delays, flight cancellations, illnesses, or changes to the tour programme;
• circumstances arising from the User’s actions or external factors (weather, transport, government actions, etc.).
3.2. All responsibility for safety, health, and property risks during the tour lies solely with the User.
3.3. The User is personally responsible for obtaining insurance, visas, documents, and medical certificates.

4. Other Conditions

4.1. The Company is an official partner of the hotel accommodating tourists under the tour and acts as an intermediary between the User and the Tourist Organisations.
4.2. In case of any claims regarding the quality of the tour, the User must contact the Tourist Organisations directly. The Company bears no responsibility for the quality of the tour(s).
4.3. This Offer is valid indefinitely from the date of its publication on the website.
4.4. Any changes to the terms are published in open access and become effective upon posting.
