The Bund is Shanghai’s most famous waterfront area along the Huangpu River. It features historic colonial-era buildings on one side and views of the modern Pudong skyline on the other. The promenade is popular for walking, especially in the evening, when the skyline lights create one of the city’s most recognizable views.
